For over thirty years, Viv has been involved in the film industry. For sixteen of them, he owned and operated a Chicago-based film production company in which, as the principle film director, he was responsible for all aspects of production and post-production work. Widely recognised in the American film industry for his talent, he has won many top awards as Editor, Cameraman, and Director, including the prestigious New York International Film Festival Gold Medal.

For the last eleven years, Gary has worked in broadcasting producing graphics, computer animation, and digital effects for Film, TV and the Internet. Nominated for a BAFTA for his work on ‘Arachnid’ – a six part drama series for S4C, he also designed and built a revolutionary, interactive, remote-controlled, computer-generated “Presenter”, which hosted three consecutive series of a youth-orientated web review programme called Fideo Mondo.
